Attorney Charles Medearis was born and raised in Austin, Texas. Mr. Medearis attended Howard University on a music scholarship where he graduated with Honors. Thereafter he attended Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor Degree.
